PPA Design Team Profile: Ann Schach

 

It’s hard to believe that Ann Schach has been stamping for less than two years!  She is already a Splitcoaststampers Dirty Dozen Alum and a member of two design teams – Pals Paper Arts and The Paper Players.  Known for creating beautiful vintage and distressed cards, she loves to watercolor as well.  A retired teacher, she uses her instructional skills at her workshops and on her blog. A visit to the Stampin’ Schach is always inspiring, educational and fun!  What? You haven’t heard about the twins?

PPA70-A Sketch Challenge

 

The Pals Paper Arts Design Team members have their creations all squared away this week!  We hope Margaret Moody’s wonderful sketch inspires you to create as well.  It is hip to be square!

Tip:  Pop your sentiment with embossing!  Craft ink can be embossed with clear embossing powder and the color will show through.

Pals Paper Arts challenges you to use ribbon-or fabric if you are game-on your card this week.  Taffeta, satin, organza or twill, ribbon is a perfect finishing touch!  It’s an Elements of Style week so keep your card CAS and showcase your ribbon or fabric.  Can’t wait to see how you tie it all together!

Tip:  Sticky strip is the secret to anchor ribbon when doing a ruffled effect

Candlelight, beautiful linens and elegant dishes - this dessert table is definitely dressed for company!  With this delectable table of sweets waiting, no one would even notice if the mashed potatoes were lumpy!  The Pals Paper Arts Design Team hopes this fashionable array of treats inspires you to create something wonderful to bring to the table…………there’s always room for one more…….

Daffodil Delight, Poppy Parade and Basic Gray.  Beautiful colors, beautifully combined by our Celebrity Guest Artist! Silke Ledlow is well known for her elegant designs - and she can make a statement with white card stock like no one else!  Her work is always clean, classy and perfectly accented whether it be with a lush bow or silver pearls.  We hope you find inspiration from Silke and the Pals Paper Arts Design Team and come up with a beautiful design of your own this week!
