Now it's time to announce the winners of this week's challenge. This week's challenge a fashion inspiration challenge using Halloween as the theme. Here it comes! Our inauguration into the holiday season was well received! Our featured artist Sandie Conner along with the Pals Paper Arts Design Team worked so hard to provide inspiration that you couldn't tell which was witch!
