Pals Paper Arts is delighted to welcome Iwona Palamountain - otherwise known as Chupa - as our Celebrity Guest Artist this week. Chupa's creativity and passion for designing knows no bounds. She admits to being a hopeless craft addict! A former member of Splitcoast's Dirty Dozen, her resume also includes several design teams. Her designs are beautifully crafted and a delight to behold!
