Welcome to the Pals Paper Arts first Winner's Circle of 2013! With this post we are introducing our new PPA Pick badge and an increase to ten winners from the three we originally selected. This week's challenge was a color challenge. The color palette was Basic Black, Basic Gray, and Melon Mambo. This edgy combination was an obvious favorite as the entries were abundant and beautifully creative.
