PPA 78 – CAS - Element of Style – Bows

 

There's nothing better than wrapping a package and tying it up with a beautiful bow!  That’s exactly what Pals Paper Arts wants you to do this week.  Create a clean and simple card and finish it up with a bow. Go ahead - bowl us over!

Tip:  Turn your project upside down then tie your bow.  Amazing how this usually makes your bow turn out just right.

PPA77-A Sketch Challenge

 

 

Haven’t you always wanted your own personal designer?  Now’s your chance!  Margaret Moody’s wonderful sketch is designed just for you!  You just have to fill in the blanks and finish it off with your own unique style! 

Tip:  Try using ribbon or fabric as one of the layers on your design!

PPA71-Celebrity Color Challenge

 

 
Pals Paper Arts is delighted to welcome the original Mojo Muse, Julee Tilman, as our Celebrity Guest Artist!  Julee is one amazing combination of artist, businesswoman and blogger.  Her card contests from early 2007 blossomed into Mojo Monday, the ultimate weekly sketch challenge! Julee is also the owner and illustrator of Verve stamps.  Her personal blog, Poetic Artistry,  continues to inspire papercrafters.  We hope that Julee and the Pals Paper Arts Design Team get your mojo going! Create with us using Pear Pizzazz, Early Espresso and Regal Rose!

Tip:  A neutral color such as kraft, vanilla or black can be the key to combining unique colors.

Tip:  Sticky strip is the secret to anchor ribbon when doing a ruffled effect
